We are a Family business and our workshop is located in East Auckland. We try to ship as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 2 business days. This excludes the weekend and public holidays.
Once your tags have shipped, packages are generally delivered by the NZ Post in 2-4 business days. Tracking is always included in your order.
If you feel your package is lost in the mail, please email us your order number to discuss options. We will ship a 1-time replacement order on lost packages.
1. Replacement tags for customers will be determined on a case by case basis. Generally if no tracking has been updated for 3 weeks replacement tags will be issued.
2. For returned packages due to an incorrect address or a non-pickup the customer will be responsible for their new shipping fees.
3. For packages scanned as delivered but not actually received, customers will be responsible for their new shipping fees.
If we accidentally make an error on your tag we will ship you a replacement immediately at no cost to you. Errors are rare, but mistakes can happen. Please email us so we can quickly resolve the issue for you.
If you accidentally made an error please contact us for resolution. There will be a small shipping & handling fee for replacement tags.
We want you to absolutely love your tags, but if you don't, you can send them back for a full refund within 30 days. To initiate a return, please email us for further instructions. The customer will be required to cover the return shipping charges.
